2. Description of Service

Flippi provides AI-powered analysis of items to help users understand resale value and sourcing decisions. The Service includes:

  • Image analysis using AI
  • Market value estimations based on current trends
  • Authenticity confidence scores (not professional authentication)
  • Platform recommendations for resale
  • Sourcing intelligence via Trends
Important: Flippi provides estimates and signals, not guarantees. Our scores are AI-generated confidence ratings, not professional authentication. Always use multiple sources when making buying or selling decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flippi. Flippi™ is a registered trademark. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

When you upload images to Flippi:

  • You retain ownership of your images
  • You grant us a license to process, analyze, and store the images to provide the service (including history and features such as sending an item to FotoFlip) and to improve our analysis
  • Images are stored on our image host (Cloudinary); you may request deletion of your stored images at any time

4. Privacy

Your use of Flippi is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Professional Advice

Flippi is an informational tool only. We do not provide:

  • Professional authentication services
  • Investment or financial advice
  • Guarantees of item value or authenticity
  • Legal or tax advice

Accuracy Disclaimer

AI can make mistakes. You should:

  • Verify important information independently
  • Use professional authentication for high-value items
  • Understand that market values fluctuate
  • Not rely solely on our Service for business decisions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flippi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flippi and its employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to material changes taking effect.
